AliExpress Support: How to Talk to a Human

If you have ever tried to reach out to AliExpress Customer Service, you’ve probably noticed that it is very hard to get hold of a human support agent.

When you visit the AliExpress Help Center (by navigating to Help > Customer Service), you’ll be presented with Frequently Asked Questions and some Self-service Tools, trying to help you solve your issue without having to reach out to Customer Service.
If none of the tools or FAQ pages help, you can resort to the “Online Service” that is on the bottom of the “Help Center” page. This will open a chat bot called “Eva” that will try to help you.
However, if the chat bot doesn’t manage to solve your problem or you just want to chat to a human being, there are a few tricks to get past Eva.

Try writing one of the following sentences into the chat and with a bit of luck you’ll be offered to chat with an agent:

And if nothing of the above is working right away, try again at a later time. Sometimes customer support is very busy (especially during the weekend or global sales) and it seems almost impossible to get a support agent assigned.
